4. Hydraulic push rod brakes are installed on the shaft joints between the motor and the gear reducer, as well as on the other output shaft of the gear reducer's high-speed shaft. 5. Utilize eddy current braking to adjust the speed of the gate's rise and fall. A height limiter is installed on the drum shaft of the wire rope, limiting its upper and lower extreme positions. The lifting mechanism is equipped with multiple sets of pulley blocks.
6. The interior and exterior sides of the flexible lifting door are sealed with fabric (such as 3-proof canvas or PVC fabric). The horizontal and bottom frames are constructed with truss structures, made from rectangular steel pipes. Aluminum alloy materials can also be used for assembly.
7. The horizontal and bottom frames of the flexible lifting gate are equipped with triple-sided roller bearings at both ends, allowing the gate to move up and down smoothly within the side tracks. This reduces frictional resistance.
8. The flexible lifting door is equipped with a safety brake that automatically engages during stops or in the event of a wire rope breakage, significantly enhancing the safety factor.
The wind resistance of the flexible lifting door is 50-60 kg/m².
9. Overall dimensions range from 5-40 meters in height and 8-140 meters in width, with a total weight of up to 0.5-20 tons. They are composed of 3-20 blocks, each 1-2 meters high, 5-60 meters wide, and 0.2-1.4 meters thick (with a 1mm thick PVC-coated polyester conveyor belt or glass fiber screen).
