The door seal is primarily used for sealing the gap between the factory's exit and loading trucks to minimize the alternation of air currents inside and outside, prevent the entry of external dust and debris, and ensure the internal factory environment. To meet the client's requirements for dust and rain resistance, as well as sealing effectiveness, adjustments need to be made based on the dimensions of the loading truck, the size of the door opening, and the specific on-site environment.
Product Selection and Design; View the door seals as divided into three types: mechanical door seals, mechanical door covers, and inflatable door seals, suitable for various occasions and capable of meeting the majority of customer needs.
Performance Features:
Mechanical door seal performance features:
★Limited application scope, applicable trucks are relatively uniform and have good sealing properties.
★ Made of high elasticity sponge, wrapped with imported PVC woven material, it withstands wind and sun exposure.
★Low on-site basic requirements, more economical, maintenance-free, and long-lasting.
Mechanical Hood Performance Features:
★ Widely applicable to various truck models, exerting minimal pressure on special architectural structures.
★ Moderate sealing performance, requires high standards for on-site foundation.
★ Low maintenance, long service life, and high overall cost-performance ratio
Inflatable Door Seal Performance Features:
★Suitable for trucks of various specifications and sizes, particularly for cold storage and warehouses with significant temperature differences between inside and outside.
★Electrical button start, the airbag inflates for excellent sealing, effectively preventing the convection of gases between the inside and outside.
★Compared to mechanical door seals, they are more expensive, have higher requirements for on-site foundations, and slightly higher maintenance costs.
