3003 Aluminum PlateFor the AL-Mn series alloys, this is a widely used anti-corrosive aluminum alloy. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than that of industrial pure aluminum), and it cannot be heat-treated to enhance strength, so cold working methods are employed to improve its mechanical properties: it exhibits high plasticity in the annealed state, moderate plasticity during semi-cold working hardening, and low plasticity during cold working hardening. It has good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability. Applications mainly include parts requiring high plasticity and good weldability, such as low-load components operating in liquid or gas mediums, like fuel tanks, gasoline or lubricating oil conduits, various liquid containers, and other small-load components made by deep drawing. 3003 Aluminum PlatePrimarily used for: kitchenware, food and chemical product handling and storage equipment, tanks and containers for transporting liquid products, various pressure vessels and pipeline fittings processed from thin plates, radiators, makeup boards, photocopier drums, and shipbuilding materials.
