Features of DGZ series Wn rolling mill: A set of roller is suitable for one specification of wire. Production of flat square wire is achieved by adjusting the roller to regulate the product specification; for shaped wire, the roller is cut with a shaped slot according to the wire cross-section drawing. Operation: PLC + Human-Machine Interface, with an 11-inch touch screen for display and operation. Product dimensions, precision, equipment speed, and wiring precision are adjusted through the touch screen. The equipment is equipped with a roller cooling system, bearing lubrication system, and external spray device.

Application: Used for square and flat wires, suitable for rolling various irregular shaped wire materials. Capable of rolling carbon steel, stainless steel, high-speed tool steel, copper alloys, titanium alloys, and more.

Applicable Materials: Suitable for high-carbon, medium-carbon, low-carbon steel wires, stainless steel wires, titanium wires, titanium-nickel alloy wires, copper wires, aluminum wires, brass wires, and other non-ferrous and ferrous metals.

Rolling Mill Material: Depending on the production of different wire materials, rolls can be selected from tool steel, sintered metal, or hard alloy.
