Mine-use plastic-coated steel pipes are a new type of composite material, made by taking steel pipes as the base,熔融喷涂or adsorbing food-grade epoxy powder coating or PE material on the inner wall through special processes, and then curing at high temperature.
Excellent corrosion resistance and low friction resistance. Epoxy resin coated steel pipes for mining are suitable for conveying media such as water supply and drainage, seawater, warm water, oil, and gas. PVC coated steel pipes are suitable for conveying media such as drainage, seawater, oil, and gas. Mineral-Use Coated Steel Pipe (hereinafter referred to as Coated Steel Pipe) is a steel-plastic composite pipe with an anti-static and flame-retardant surface, produced by applying a special polyethylene material to the inner and outer surfaces of a welded steel pipe or seamless steel pipe as the base pipe through a specific process.
Mining plastic-coated steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as coated composite pipes) product execution standards:
CJ/T120-2008 Water Supply Plastic Coated Composite Steel Pipe
MT181—1988 Specification for Safety Performance Testing of Plastic Pipes for Use in Coal Mine Shafts
Q/AR01-2011 Polyethylene Coated Composite Steel Pipe for Coal Mine Underground
Features of this product: Mine Use Plastic Coated Steel Pipe, Mine Use Plastic Coated Steel Pipe Manufacturer, Mine Use Plastic Coated Steel Pipe Price
Flame Retardant, Antistatic
The product utilizes mining-grade polyethylene coating, with antistatic and flame-retardant ingredients evenly distributed on the surface and inner layer of the pipe, meeting the requirements of MT181 specification and suitable for specific locations underground where flammable and explosive conditions are prevalent.
(2) Strong adhesion
The inner and outer surfaces of the plastic-coated steel pipes, after being coated, bonded, and cured, exhibit an adhesion strength of ≥30N/10mm, and withstand hammer impact and tearing without any damage.
(3) Corrosion-resistant, scale-resistant, and low fluid friction
The pipe material boasts excellent resistance to acidity and alkalinity, as well as corrosion, making it suitable for high sulfur water conditions underground in coal mines and waters containing ions like calcium and magnesium. Due to its high surface smoothness and low fluid resistance, it does not accumulate scale, thereby reducing secondary pollution.
(4) High-pressure resistance
Polyethylene powder coated with good flexibility, steel pipes have high mechanical strength, and exhibit strong resistance to external impacts and bending.
4. Main Application and Scope
Mine-use plastic-coated composite pipes are general-purpose piping materials for underground coal mines, suitable for water supply and drainage, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, shotcrete, and gas drainage in coal mine underground. They must not be used for other purposes, and the operating pressure must not exceed the nominal pressure.
