Enhanced Grade 3PE Coating Steel Pipe
Enhanced-grade 3PE coated steel pipe corrosion protection structure:
Epoxy powder coating layer (FBE > 100um)
Double-sided Adhesive (AD) 170-250um
3-layer polyethylene (PE) 1.8-3.7mm. The three materials are integrated into one, forming a robust anticorrosive layer when firmly bonded with steel pipes. (φ30mm-φ1020mm)
Enhanced-grade 3PE Coating Steel Pipe Production Process
The bare pipes undergo shot blasting for rust removal after being heat-treated at medium frequency. Following rust inspection, they are reheated to a specific temperature for coating. The process starts with powder coating, followed by adhesive coating, and finally polyethylene coating. A strict leak inspection is conducted during coating. That's essentially the production process.
