The diameter and size specifications of spiral steel pipes should be flexible to cater to a wide range of user needs, leveraging their inherent advantages, thus promoting their widespread adoption. Steel pipes are typically manufactured using Q235 carbon steel, which, due to its high mechanical strength, can withstand significant internal and external pressures, enabling the production of water conveyance pipes with diameters exceeding 800 mm. These are among the most commonly used large-diameter buried pipelines in China. The components of spiral steel pipes consist of an epoxy coal tar primer and finish, both primarily made of epoxy resin and coal tar, with added anti-rust pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, leveling agents, diluents, and anti-settling agents.
