It is rust-proof, odorless, and non-toxic after curing. The coating film has a dense structure, good water resistance, strong adhesion, and is tough and full-bodied. IPN8710 Primer: Composed of modified epoxy resin, non-toxic rust-proof pigments/fillers, and additives, it forms an interpenetrating network upon curing at room temperature. The coating film is dense, resistant to acids, bases, and salts, with superior rust-proof properties and strong adhesion. IPN8710 Non-toxic Drinking Water Corrosion-Resistant Steel Pipe Manufacturing Process: In addition to considering the severe economic losses caused by pipeline corrosion, it also leads to the leakage of harmful substances, pollutes the environment, and may even cause sudden disasters, threatening personal safety. The pipeline corrosion materials for IPN8710 Non-toxic Drinking Water Corrosion-Resistant Pipes are categorized into main pipeline corrosion materials and corresponding joint materials. The main corrosion-resistant materials include oil, asphalt, coal tar epoxy, adhesive tape, epoxy powder, PE coating, and PP coating. IPN8710 Surface Paint: Composed of epoxy, rubber resin modified, non-toxic anti-rust pigments, additives, etc. It has excellent chemical resistance and is non-toxic, resistant to microbial corrosion. Coating Methods: Brushing or high-pressure airless spray. 1) There should be a smooth polyethylene section of 10-20mm without weld bead excess, identical to the pipe body, from the starting point of weld beveling to the polyethylene chamfer, to ensure the quality of the polyethylene beveling at the pipe end. 2) The weld bead excess after finishing should be as level as possible with the pipe body, avoiding any noticeable excess, to prevent the sanding of the polyethylene chamfer from also removing the epoxy powder. 3) The chamfer of the unwelded top end and the transition section to the finished area should also be the same as the polyethylene chamfer (≤30°), to allow the even application of pressure from the extrusion roller on the polyethylene layer, preventing warping of the polyethylene layer due to poor bonding of the anti-corrosion coating at the beveling area.

This coating's network features strong adhesion, excellent flexibility, and resistance to acidic, alkaline, and saline corrosive mediums.
