Epoxy coal tar coated spiral steel pipes, commonly referred to as "X-bands Y-oils," include types such as 1-band 2-oils, 3-bands 2-oils, 5-bands 3-oils, and 7-bands 4-oils. The components consist of an epoxy coal tar primer and topcoat, both primarily made of epoxy resin and coal tar, with various rust-proof pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, leveling agents, thinners, anti-settling agents, and more. Appearance: the primer's A component is iron red, the B component is black, and the topcoat is all black. They offer excellent resistance to chemical medium corrosion and good physical and mechanical properties, strong adhesion, tough film, and superior electrical insulation and anti-permeability, as well as resistance to stray currents and microbial侵蚀. After curing, they can reduce the number of application coats.
