Three-layer, four-oil anti-corrosion steel pipe manufacturer
Three-layer glass fiber and four-coat anti-corrosion steel pipes utilize a two-component room temperature curing paint. The corrosion protection is achieved by reinforcing the surface of the steel pipe with glass fiber. Suitable for the external corrosion protection of buried or underwater oil, gas, water, and steam pipelines, it is also applicable to the corrosion protection of various steel structures, docks, ships, sluices, gas storage tanks, oil refining and chemical plant equipment, as well as for preventing leakage in sewage pools, roof waterproofing layers, and basement concrete layers. In the pipeline external coating process, it is used in conjunction with glass fiber cloth wrapping to form a reinforced or ultra-reinforced coating with excellent corrosion resistance. The three-layer glass fiber and four-coat anti-corrosion steel pipes, by using the composite of paint and glass fiber, enhance the mechanical properties of the corrosion protection layer. It boasts excellent electrical insulation, resistance to water penetration, resistance to microbial erosion, resistance to stray currents, heat resistance, and resistance to sudden temperature changes.
