Once the winch equipment is set up, it's necessary to inspect and adjust it.

1. Open gear drive cm02, with a tooth side clearance of 0.42mm, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 40%, and along the tooth length is not less than 50%.

2. Inspect the operation of the brake system's transmission components for smoothness and reliability, and adjust the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel during release to not exceed 0.7-0.8mm.

3. Inspect the operation and reliability of all transmission systems of the safety brake, and adjust the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel during release to not exceed 1.5mm.

4. Verify that the control electrical components for the working brake and the safety brake are interlocked with the main motor, i.e., recommend releasing the main motor's working brake, the working brake on the auxiliary motor engages, and only the safety brake's release is recommended for adjusting the main motor.

Smooth winch

1. Select winter gear oil or full cylinder oil for the reducer to ensure smooth operation, with the oil level ensuring that the worm is fully immersed in the oil. Change the oil for the reducer once a year.

2. The main shaft bearing and the output shaft end of the reducer should be timely replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium-based grease, with oil changes every two years.

3. Before each drive, lubricate the open gears with smooth oil.

4. All other smooth surfaces should be lubricated before each operation, particularly the thrust rings between the two gears on the output shaft of the reducer and the sleeve of the movable gear, which should be lubricated with grease.

Winch trial operation

Winch equipment complete, after inspection and adjustment, confirmed correct, oil the smooth parts, perform empty load test operation, then load operation after wrapping, gradually loading up to rated load. Under standard voltage, current does not exceed rated value, motor, reducer, and other parts do not overheat.
