Once the winch equipment is ready, it is necessary to inspect and adjust it.
1. Open Gear Drive cm02, with a tooth side clearance of 0.42mm, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 40%, and the extension length is not less than 50%.
2. Check that all transmission systems of the braking mechanism are smooth and secure, and adjust so that the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake drum when the brake is released is not more than 0.7-0.8mm.
3. Inspect the operation and security of the braking system's transmission components, and adjust the release mechanism so that the gap between the brake shoes and the brake wheel is no more than 1.5mm when the lever is released.
4. Verify that the control electrical equipment for the operating brake and the safety brake is interlocked with the main motor, i.e., recommend releasing the operating brake of the main motor, engage the operating brake of the auxiliary motor, and only adjust the main motor when the safety brake is released.
Winch with smooth surface
1. Select winter gear oil or full cylinder oil for the reducer to ensure smooth operation, with the oil level ensuring that the worm shaft is fully immersed in oil. Change the oil for the reducer annually.
2. The main shaft bearings and the output shafts of the reducers should be timely replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium-based grease, changing the oil every two years.
3. Prior to each drive, lubricate the open gears with smooth oil.
4. Any other smooth areas should be lubricated before each operation, particularly the thrust ring between the two gears on the reducer output shaft and the sleeve of the movable gear, which should be oiled with lubricant.
Winch trial operation
Winch equipment, upon completion, is to be inspected and adjusted. Once confirmed error-free, oil the smooth parts for lubrication, perform a no-load test operation, then proceed with load testing, gradually increasing to the rated load. Under standard voltage, the current does not exceed the rated value, and there is no heat generation in the motor, reducer, and other components.
