In daily production and life, regular maintenance of granule packaging machines is a matter that cannot be overlooked. Ongoing maintenance is crucial for ensuring the longevity of the equipment and maintaining high production efficiency. How to maintain these machines is a concern for many manufacturers. According to authoritative data, regular maintenance can extend the mechanical lifespan by two years and increase production levels. Improper or insufficient maintenance of granule packaging machines can affect their use. This article introduces the authoritative maintenance methods for packaging machines, enhancing the lifespan and efficiency of your mechanical products.
Job Characteristics:
1. Cut with rotating blades; by changing the blades, flat and serrated edges can be achieved, with easy adjustment of the bag length cutting position.
2. All-pneumatic control for metering and bagging, simple operation, minimal wear parts, and reduced need for replacement parts.
Material: The contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, in compliance with GMP production requirements.
4. Heat and moving parts are all enclosed within a protective cover, ensuring safe operation.
5. The equipment comes with casters for easy transportation and movement.
Key Features:
1. Equipment operation is simple and maintenance is convenient.
2. The entire bracket is custom-made from full stainless steel, not outsourced stainless steel plates.
3. Wide equipment compatibility; different specifications can be achieved by changing molds.
4. Material with good fluidity, no dust, with three-sided sealed design, available in an electric high-speed model, with a production capacity of 120 bags per minute.
5. Auxiliary Equipment: Feeding Machine + Tape Coding Machine

Maintenance Points:
1. Lubrication is one of the crucial maintenance procedures for packaging machines and an indispensable condition for their normal operation. Specific lubrication methods: apply lubricating oil to the fastening parts every two months. The oil for the reducer should be changed approximately every 50 days, and then replaced with new oil every 2,000 hours. The oil level should reach the center of the oil mark.
2. After the machine is finished or stopped, remove the rotating drum for cleaning and brush out the remaining powder from the hopper. Then, securely reassemble it to prepare for the next use.
3. Regular Inspection of Machine Parts: Regularly check the performance of conveyors, packaging roll materials, the integrity of packaging machine components, and whether screws are loose, among other conditions.
4. Regular use of the granule packaging machine can lead to dust and other waste material contamination, so maintenance personnel need to frequently clean the machine to prevent rust and erosion of parts. After each operation, leftover materials should be sorted and the material platform should be cleaned thoroughly.
5. Regularly clean the surfaces of the longitudinal and transverse sealing rolls on the granule packaging machine. Dust on the longitudinal sealing surface may lead to poor heat sealing and other consequences.
6. If the drum moves forward and backward during operation, adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing housing to the proper position. If the gear shaft moves, adjust the M10 screw on the back of the bearing housing to the proper position. Adjust the clearance so that the bearing does not make noise. Hand turn the belt pulley, and the tension should be appropriate; too tight or too loose may cause damage to the machine.
