Work ProcessPlace the ton packaging bag over the feeding spout, hang the four corners of the bag on the cylinder, press the "Allow Filling" button. The pressure cylinder then starts to work, sealing the bag mouth. The cylinder expands the four corners of the bag, the controller automatically removes the weight of the bag, the feeding spiral rotates at high speed to quickly fill the material into the bag. The dust溢出 with the air in the bag is suctioned away by the dust collector. As the filling approaches the set value, the feeding spiral slows down and fills slowly until it reaches the set value, at which point the feeding stops. Error <0.3%. At this point, the pressure cylinder releases the bag mouth, the cylinder releases the four corners of the bag, and the bag is sent to the conveyor belt for timely dispatch.

Note: The above process is an automatic feeding process. The process can also be changed to a manual feeding process by simply placing the "Automatic/Manual" button in the manual position, pressing the "Bag Compression (Lift)" button to seal the bag, pressing the "Manual Quick Feed" button for rapid feeding, pressing the "Manual Slow Feed" button when nearing the set value for slow feeding, and pressing the "Stop" button when reaching the set value to end the feeding process.
