Work ProcessPlace the ton packaging bag over the feed nozzle, hang the four corners of the bag on the cylinder, press the "Allow Addition" button. The cylinder then starts working to seal the bag opening, expanding the four corners of the bag. The controller automatically removes the bag's weight. The feeding spiral rotates at high speed, quickly filling the material into the bag. Dust escaping with the air in the bag is vacuumed away by the dust collector. As the feeding approaches the set value, the feeding spiral slows down and adds gradually, stopping when the set value is reached. Error <0.3%. At this point, the cylinder releases the bag opening, releases the four corners of the bag, and the bag is sent to the conveyor belt for timely dispatch.

Note: The above process is an automatic feeding process. The process can also be changed to a manual feeding process, simply by placing the "Automatic/Manual" button in the manual position, pressing the "Bag Compression (Lift)" button to seal the bag, pressing the "Manual Fast Feed" button for quick feeding, pressing the "Manual Slow Feed" button as the set value is approached for slow feeding, and pressing the "Stop" button when the set value is reached to end the feeding process.
