High-column advertising production, building signages, and facade illumination projects!
For the actual high-pole construction situations, equip with necessary construction machinery and equipment, skilled technical workers, and strictly adhere to the contract documents. Based on the principle of resource optimization, select and configure a complete set of professional machinery and detection instruments according to the overall construction plan and detailed construction methods for this project. Provide an adequate number of professional construction teams and skilled workers to ensure construction progress, quality, and safety.
Construction projects require a large amount of materials, including major purchased items such as cement, wood, and steel, as well as bulk local materials like sand and gravel. The materials department actively procures and supplies these, extensively investigates material sources, diversifies supply channels, organizes deliveries based on material usage plans, ensures project requirements are met, and also collaborates with the testing department to maintain quality control of incoming raw materials.
Under the leadership of the Chief Project Engineer, in accordance with the construction regulations and systems of the project method, combining the characteristics of the project, and in accordance with the company's construction technical management regulations, practical and feasible technical management measures are formulated. The Chief Project Engineer is responsible for the implementation of these measures, with the main content as follows:
Gather meteorological, topographical, hydrogeological conditions to provide necessary basis for compiling special construction plans and guiding construction. Promptly organize personnel to familiarize themselves with design drawings, understand design intentions and related details, clarify quality requirements, and verify issues and doubts on the drawings. Actively cooperate with the owner and design department to complete design drawing handover before construction, aiming to resolve issues on the drawings as much as possible before the project starts.
