The Project Chief Engineer is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of these measures. The main contents are as follows:
Gather meteorological, topographical, hydrogeological conditions to provide necessary basis for compiling special construction plans and guiding construction. Promptly organize personnel to familiarize themselves with design drawings, understand design intentions and related details, clarify quality requirements, and verify issues and doubts on the drawings. Actively cooperate with the owner and design department to complete design drawing briefing before construction, aiming to resolve issues on the drawings as much as possible before the project starts.
