Features
A high-strength hard aluminum alloy, capable of heat treatment strengthening. It has moderate plasticity in annealed, quenched, and hot conditions, good spot welding weldability, but a tendency to form intergranular cracks during gas welding and TIG welding. The aluminum tube maintains good machinability after quenching and cold working hardening, but is poor in the annealed state. Corrosion resistance is not high, so anodizing and painting methods or adding an aluminum cladding layer on the surface are commonly used to enhance corrosion resistance. It can also be used as a mold material.
Advantages of Aluminum Tubes:
Firstly, the welding technology advantage: Suitable for thin-walled copper and aluminum tube welding technology in industrial production, known as a challenge, it is the key technology for replacing copper with aluminum in air conditioner connecting pipes.
Secondly, the lifespan advantage: From the inside wall of the aluminum tube, since the refrigerant does not contain water, there will be no corrosion on the inside wall of the copper-aluminum connection tube.
The third advantage is energy-saving: The connection pipes between the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner, the lower the heat transfer efficiency, the more energy-saving; in other words, the better the insulation effect, the less electricity consumed.
