Features
A high-strength, hard aluminum alloy that can be heat-treated for strengthening. It has moderate ductility in the annealed, quenched, and hot conditions, good spot-welding properties, but a tendency to form intergranular cracks when gas or argon arc welding. The aluminum tube maintains good machinability after quenching and cold working hardening, but is poor in the annealed state. Corrosion resistance is not high; commonly treated with anodizing and painting or coated with aluminum to enhance corrosion resistance. It can also be used as a mold material.
Advantages of Aluminum Tubes:
Firstly, the advantage of welding technology: suitable for thin-walled copper and aluminum tube welding technology in industrial production, known as a challenge, and is a key technology for replacing copper with aluminum in air conditioner connecting pipes.
Secondly, the lifespan advantage: From the inside of the aluminum tube, as the refrigerant does not contain water, there will be no corrosion on the inner surface of the copper-aluminum connecting tube.
The third advantage is energy-saving: The connection pipes between the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner, the lower the heat transfer efficiency, the more energy-efficient; or, the better the insulation effect, the more electricity saved.
