Sports Flooring Refurbishment and Maintenance Process:
1. Remove sports equipment from the gym's sports wooden floor using a cart, and inspect the wooden floor before renovation. Determine the level of wear on the floor, check for any sagging in the subfloor joists, and if present, repair and sand them first.
2. Sand the wooden flooring with a sander, starting with 40-grit sandpaper for initial sanding to remove most of the surface paint. Then proceed with 60-grit, 80-grit, and so on, until a smooth and flat surface is achieved. The thickness to be removed depends on the floor's wear, typically around 0.5mm is sufficient.
3. Polish the floor with 120-grit sandpaper until a smooth surface is revealed.
4. Mix latex and floor powder to create a putty for smoothing and filling floor seams.
5. Sand the sports wood flooring further with 120-grit sandpaper once the putty has dried.
6. Perform on-site color matching, mix the sports floor paint in proportions and stir until thoroughly blended.
7. On-site priming with paint. Pour the primer into the spray painting equipment and apply evenly. Operators move at a consistent pace, ensuring even overlap at adjacent seams. Once the primer is dry, manually sand with fine sandpaper and vacuum the dust.
8. The surface is painted twice; the basecoat is poured into the dipping equipment for painting, and the operator
Uniform walking speed, even overlap of adjacent seams.
9. Underline as per customer's request.
10. Sweep the site in preparation for inspection.
