The integrated gate valve combines the water gate with the gate opening and closing mechanism in a sophisticated design. It is particularly suitable for channel installation procedures. No need for a gate opening and closing machine platform, the installation process is convenient and quick, and it is crucial for facing the positive force direction for water stoppage. Water gates with reverse water stoppage can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
Integrated gate valve channel gates are normally applied with a water head of 1-6 meters and can also bear corresponding reverse water heads. To meet customer requirements, high water head sluices can be manufactured. The installation program for the sluice gate uses an integral installation program, with a secondary pour, adjusting the sealing gap between the gate leaf and the gate frame to below 0.3 millimeters to achieve the secondary pour. During the concrete pouring of the integrated gate valve channel gate, the mortar that flows into the gaps between the gate leaf, gate frame, diagonal iron, and挡板 must be cleared to prevent the mortar from solidifying and affecting the opening and closing of the sluice. The upper and lower frames of the sluice are equipped with fixed blocks to prevent the gate leaf from slipping out during transportation and lifting. After the installation program has cured (before application), the fixed blocks of the upper gate frame and the tight return bolts of the lower frame should be removed first to start up. When opening and closing the integrated gate valve channel gate, attention should be paid to the upper and lower limit positions of the gate leaf to avoid damaging the sluice or the gate opening and closing mechanism.
