The engine's crankshaft rotation creates centrifugal force, which drives the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank to supply energy to the breaking tools. This hydraulic mobile pump is compact, mobile, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing. It is suitable for accident rescue, earthquake disaster relief, emergency response, and rescue in complex terrains or inaccessible areas. It is currently housed in the Shanghai Civil Defense Science Popularization Education Museum.
