Product Performance and Features
Our newly developed eco-friendly PVC heat stabilizer is primarily composed of a polymer with a molecular weight of around 3000, which has excellent compatibility with PVC. Combined with other additives as auxiliary materials, it forms a comprehensive processing aid that offers heat stability, lubricity, coupling, and toughness.
•Excellent thermal stability, comparable to organic tin stabilizers and superior to traditional calcium-zinc stabilizers.
• Due to the presence of hydroxyl, amine, and ester groups in the molecular chain, it can absorb ultraviolet light, thereby exhibiting excellent weather resistance; its weather resistance performance is outstanding.
• Due to the presence of special elements in its molecules, it exhibits good coupling properties with inorganic fillers like calcium carbonate, characterized by a minimal increase in density even when increasing the amount of inorganic filler. It can be used as a substitute for active calcium carbonate with regular calcium carbonate.
• Due to its toughening and melt-promoting effects, it offers excellent plasticization, high melt strength, meets the requirements for high-speed extrusion, improves production efficiency, and reduces production costs.
•Excellent antioxidant properties significantly enhance the aging resistance of the product.
