Recirculating water is a crucial component in industrial systems, encompassing system cooling and boiler water supply, among others. Industrial water sources typically include river, seawater, and groundwater. However, system water quality demands are high, necessitating advanced water treatment equipment. A removable core industrial filter can better adapt to various operational conditions. This type of equipment is widely used in power plants, chemical industries, and others, where preliminary filtration of industrial water is indispensable. The market outlook is promising, and our company's research on this type of equipment can better meet market demands. This equipment can also better replace outdated filtration systems, achieving greater market economic benefits.
1. Features include:
(1) This filter model features a removable core for flexible replacement.
(2) Filter components are tightly matched on both sides, with no fit gaps and no leakage of heavy fit gaps due to impurities.
(3) Effluent facilities are flexible, utilizing flat funnel-style effluent systems. The connection method employs rolling operation without sliding friction, ensuring smooth operation and noiseless performance.
(4) The actuator has low power consumption and is easy to operate.
(5) Equipment operates with low water resistance, reducing resistance loss during water circulation operation.
(6) This type of equipment features a stainless steel spherical cup-shaped structure for its filter parts, which increases the filtering area, improves filtration accuracy, and is compact in design.
2. Operating Principle:
The inlet flange is connected to the incoming water pipeline. The circulating water enters the lower cylinder of the filter, passes through the filter core, with impurities trapped on the inner side of the filter mesh. The purified water then flows into the upper part of the filter and exits through the upper outlet of the filter into the system. When the pressure transmitter detects an excessive pressure difference on both sides of the filter core, the motor starts, driving the reducer shaft to rotate. The drain funnel rotates to below the filter mesh, the external drain valve opens, and drainage is performed under water pressure. After 2 minutes of drainage, the rotation shaft moves to the next filter core for drainage, continuing until the pressure difference is within the set range. If the filter mesh is damaged after long-term operation or when changing the filtration accuracy, the equipment manhole can be opened for replacement.
