Rack Features:
On the support rails, the trays are stacked one after another in the depth direction, making high-density storage possible.
2. Goods are accessed from the same side of the shelves, with a first-in-first-out and last-in-last-out system. Balanced loads and front-loading forklifts can easily maneuver into the middle of the racks for picking, without blocking multiple aisles.
3. This shelving is suitable for storing large quantities of items with a limited variety. The cantilevers and shelf decks of the through-aisle shelving (drive-in shelving) are made using a full stamping/rolling technique, offering strong load-bearing capacity and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
4. The through-aisle shelving features a full-interlocking assembly structure, with columns in a modular design. The total depth of shelves in the wall-side area is generally controlled within 5 pallet depths, while the middle area allows for double-sided access and the total depth of shelves is typically controlled within 10 pallet depths to enhance the efficiency and reliability of forklift operations.
