Introduction to Carbon Steel Equal Tee
Carbon steel equal tees, also known as straight tees, welding tees, and same-diameter tees, are called differently in various regions, all belonging to the tee series.
Carbon steel equal tees are primarily used to alter fluid direction, commonly installed at the junction of main and branch pipelines.

Manufacturing Process
Hydraulic胀forming: Hydraulic胀forming, also known as cold drawing molding tees, is a forming process that uses axial compensation of metal materials to胀出 branch pipes; the hydraulic胀forming process for tees can be formed in one go, offering high production efficiency; the main pipe and shoulder wall thickness of the tee are both increased.
Hot Pressing: Hot pressing for tees involves flattening a pipe blank larger than the tee diameter to approximately the tee diameter, then drilling a hole at the location of the extension branch. The pipe blank is heated, placed into a forming die, and a punch mold for the extension branch is inserted inside. Typically used for tees with large diameters and thicker walls, this forming process is commonly employed.
