Polyurethane cable trays are primarily made from unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber, with the key components of polyurethane material and glass fiber boasting excellent tensile properties, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Certified for tensile strength of approximately 885 kg/cm², elongation strain rate of about 30,235 kg/cm², and tensile strength exceeding 7.5%. Polyurethane foam processed polyurethane materials can reduce fat by as much as 20%. Polyurethane materials can significantly enhance the product's process performance, with improved compressive strength and bending stiffness up to 2-5 times greater than unsaturated polyester resins.
Due to the excellent toughness of polyurethane bridge beams, they experience minimal to no micro-cracks during production and edge relaxation. The high strength of the surface also reduces the likelihood of porosity, benefiting downstream processes such as drilling, machining, and installation. Compared to other unsaturated polyester, vinylester products, pipe boxes made using polyurethane materials and hot extrusion are more convenient for construction projects and have a longer service life.
