Product Introduction
The innovative eco-friendly integrated fiberglass septic tank is suitable for office buildings, residential complexes, villas, and residential communities. It is an ideal replacement for the widely used brick-built septic tanks in China, effectively avoiding major issues such as leakage, poor operational conditions, short lifespan, and groundwater pollution. This provides both social and environmental benefits. Currently, various property developers, factories, mines, and enterprises in our city are extensively using it for constructing office buildings.
Glass fiber septic tanks have the following advantages:
Glass fiber reinforced plastic material is acid-resistant and durable, eliminating the problem of brick-lined pools not being suitable for acidity. It has high compressive strength, so trucks rolling over it do not settle or deform. Factory-integrated production is convenient for construction accessories, improving work efficiency and shortening the construction period, greatly enhancing the economic benefits of the real estate industry. This product is lightweight, easy to install, quick and convenient, and the cost of use is far lower than that of the current brick-lined septic tanks.
Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Septic Tank Function:
Glass-fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) septic tanks are a combined unit for both septication and treatment, designed for handling domestic wastewater from residential areas, large office buildings, and other similar settings. The GRP septic tank consists of two main sections: 1. Sedimentation Area: Its primary function is to sediment the wastewater from the interceptor, removing settleable and coarse materials. Here, the wastewater undergoes septication, and with the aid of the abundant microorganisms present in the feces, the microorganisms are inoculated and acclimatized under anaerobic conditions.
Part II: Processing Area
The function is to treat the wastewater within this area, converting the COD in the wastewater into inorganic substances. This area is a critical component of this equipment.
The technology employed is a hybrid film-forming system. After a period of cultivation, a large number of microorganisms adhere and grow on the surface of the carrier to enrich those that have been naturally domesticated and mutated, adapting to the microorganisms growing on the carrier's surface. This enables effective treatment of wastewater under anaerobic or low-oxygen conditions.
Glass-fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) septic tanks - cost-performance ratio
As a septic tank for building residential wastewater treatment, it has a certain application history. Currently, in small and medium-sized cities, due to inadequate construction of wastewater treatment plants,
Septic tanks are still widely used, with types continually evolving from the original brick-built septic tanks to the biogas JZ-type septic tanks. Currently, our company's environmentally friendly integrated wastewater treatment pools are being widely utilized.
