Abrasion-resistant hoses are a type of material conveying pipe, primarily used for transporting fluids containing solid particles such as grains, sand, cement, slurry, concrete, gypsum, etc. They are suitable for various tunneling, shaft, and cavern engineering operations.
Typically used in environments such as ship blasting and sandblasting operations; the inner rubber commonly features abrasion-resistant NBR (Natural Rubber) material, while the outer rubber is encapsulated with a composite adhesive tape.
Wear-resistant rubber hoses are commonly categorized into light-duty sandblasting hoses and heavy-duty sandblasting hoses. The classification is based on the working conditions and the degree of wear on the conveying medium by the material particles. Spiral steel wire reinforcement makes them suitable for negative pressure environments.
Pressure: Normal operating pressure is typically within 12 bars, with burst pressure capable of reaching up to 36 bars. Occasionally, vacuum negative pressure parameters like 0.8 to 0.9 bars may be required.
Temperature - Common temperature range is from -30℃ to +80℃
Wear Resistance Coefficient - Common wear resistance coefficients range from 60 to 75 cubic millimeters.
