







The discharger is a key equipment for dust removal equipment's dust discharge, air supply, and feeding other equipment, suitable for powdered materials and granular materials. Classification: Dischargers are mainly divided into Type A discharger and Type B discharger.
The unloader is categorized into three types: standard, pressure-resistant, and temperature-resistant. The unloader can be driven at a constant speed to continuously discharge materials at a controlled rate, or driven at an irregular speed to be used as a feeding machine.
Standard Discharger: Suitable for materials at temperatures below 150 degrees Celsius and ambient conditions, it can continuously and evenly feed into the conveying pipeline while also serving as a discharger function in the system and dust collection section.
Pressure-resistant Discharger: It features a sealed rotor and is widely used in suction and pressure air conveying systems as well as vacuum conveying equipment. The rotating discharger ensures no pressure leakage within the conveying pipeline, enabling safe transportation and collection of materials. Hence, it is also known as a "universal air lock." It not only withstands pressure but also retains the functions of a standard model.
Features
(1) The unloader utilizes the planetary rotation principle, with input and output on the same axis, and features direct connection to the motor, resulting in a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, with a small size and light weight.
(2) The unloader operates reliably and smoothly with low noise, few malfunctions, and a long service life. The gear components are made of spheroidal cast iron and bearing steel, offering excellent performance and high wear resistance.
(3) Bearings, gearboxes, and far-located valve bodies, protected from high-temperature dust, feature excellent front and rear end cap sealing to prevent dust leakage and extend the service life of moving parts and the lubrication system.
(4) The unloader has strong overload capacity, low impact inertia torque, and is suitable for frequent starting and reversing.
(5) Special specifications for unloaders, such as motorized, sprocket drive, etc., can all be custom made.
