Purse valves are suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m3, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, etc., and are widely used for bottom unloading in storage in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass.
Pillow gate valves are made of carbon steel welded into shape, offering flexible and reliable operation without sticking. Different drive units can be used to meet various operational requirements. Electric N,5 gate valves are equipped with electric actuators featuring overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with reciprocating travel that can be adjusted for position locking. Electro-hydraulic S type gate valves use electro-hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic drive, enabling both push and pull forces to be infinitely variable. Pneumatic 92 gate valves utilize pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through accessory combinations. SEF is manual, DEF is electric, Y is electro-hydraulic, and QEF is pneumatic.
The鄂type gate valve consists of body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. It can be operated manually or by the actuator to push the lever, which in turn drives the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
