Bucket elevator is a continuous conveying machinery that vertically lifts materials using a series of buckets uniformly mounted on an endless traction element. The bucket elevator transports loose materials upwards in a vertical or nearly vertical direction, utilizing buckets fixed on a traction chain or belt. It comes in three types: ring chain, flat chain, and belt.
Bucket elevators are suitable for lifting materials from low to high places. After the material is fed into the hopper via a vibration platform, the machine operates automatically and continuously to transport the material upwards. The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the conveying volume, and the lifting height can be selected as needed. The hopper is self-designed and manufactured, making this type of bucket elevator more versatile. All sizes are designed and manufactured based on actual requirements. They are designed for use with vertical packaging machines and computerized weighing machines, suitable for lifting materials for products such as food, chemicals, screws, and nuts. The machine's automatic start and stop can be controlled through signal recognition from the packaging machine.
The hopper scoop material from the storage below, lifting it up to the top along with the conveyor belt or chain, then flipping it down after passing the top wheel. The bucket elevator pours the material into the receiving trough. Belt-driven bucket elevators typically use rubber belts, installed on the lower or upper drive drums and the lower or upper redirect drums. Chain-driven bucket elevators usually have two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets above or below and a pair of redirect sprockets below or above. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust from飞扬 inside the bucket elevator.
