Stone wool boards, also known as thermal insulation and decorative stone wool boards, are inorganic fiber boards made by melting and processing basalt at high temperatures. They were successfully trial-produced in June 1981. Stone wool boards are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.
Rock wool boards are man-made inorganic fibers processed through high-temperature melting, featuring light weight, low thermal conductivity, heat absorption, and non-flammability. Initially developed, they are commonly used in construction with a variety of application types, predominantly in industrial buildings, and should comply with the regulations of "Application Types and Basic Requirements for Building Insulation Materials." 。
