
The DGS series explosion-proof LED tunnel lights are lighting fixtures with a power source made from new material LED tunnel lights and a constant voltage and current source as the stable voltage source. With high luminous efficiency and brightness, the average lifespan of the light source in normal operation exceeds 50,000 hours, solving the frequent replacement issue of general lamps in underground environments.
Explosion-proof glass is fitted with explosion-proof sleeves at both ends and sealed into one unit with epoxy resin adhesive, then connected to the left cover and housing, forming an explosion-proof chamber; the light source and radiator are mounted inside the explosion-proof glass cover. The light source chamber and the wiring chamber, as well as the lamp's interior and the outside, are all equipped with explosion-proof joints as required. Suitable for use in large tunnels, underground parking areas, mechanical and electrical chambers, return air passages, fixed lighting lamps, and lamps for coal selection plants, they can also be used for local lighting in places that require explosion-proof equipment in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and other professions.

Structural Features:
The LED lamp is composed of parts such as left and right covers, the housing, power supply, light source, explosion-proof glass cover, and metal protective cover. A label is placed on the left cover. The housing contains a constant voltage and current power supply and a terminal block. The right cover is equipped with cable entry equipment and an external grounding screw.
No steel stamping is permitted within the range of the corresponding outer surface at the explosion-proof junction or connection area.
