Use Method of PE Replacement Pipe: Construction workers did not excavate the entire road surface but instead created working pits at both ends of the construction pipeline. The surrounding walls of the working pits were reinforced with concrete. Once prepared, the pipe bursting machine cuts the old pipeline fragments and pushes them into the surrounding soil to form pipe holes, while simultaneously pulling in new pipelines (same or larger diameter) for pipeline replacement. This black technology is commonly known as "静压裂管法" (static pressure pipe bursting method), and compared to the traditional "cut and open" method, it has the following advantages: 1. Wide applicability of pipelines (HDPE, steel pipe, cast iron pipe, cement pipe), catering to the renovation of old and outdated pipeline facilities, it meets both structural renewal and expansion requirements; 2. Local excavation of working pits. This pipeline replacement is different from previous construction methods, with simple and easy-to-perform operations, reducing the amount of road excavation and impact on public transportation environments; 3. Utilizes hydraulic equipment, resulting in low noise and reducing disturbance to residents; 4. Small construction footprint, fast construction speed, short construction period, effectively reducing engineering costs, improving service performance, and benefiting the later maintenance of facilities.
