Four-fluorine gaskets, also known as PTFE gaskets or Teflon gaskets internationally, are flat washers, V-washers, piston rings, ball valve gaskets, etc., made from polytetrafluoroethylene rods, tubes, and plates through mechanical turning or cutting. They possess excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and non-conductivity.
1) Raw Material Preparation; Ingredients: Pure F4 Products, F4 Fine Resin, crushed, sifted
2) Mold Preparation: Clean with alcohol, ensuring no rust or attachments inside the mold.
3) Weighing, according to the formula G = PV (where G is the amount of material added, P is the density of the preform (2.18 g/cm³))
Weigh the product after measuring its volume (V).
4) Additive: Distribute the F4 resin evenly across the entire pressing surface.
5) Pre-forming (pressing): Calculate the press table pressure according to the formula and set the press table pressure. Proceed with pressing.
6) Demolding and Trim: Remove the semi-finished product from the mold, trim its surface to achieve a flat and even finish, and ensure clean edges. Ready for shaping.
7) Sintering: Gradually place the semi-finished products into the sintering furnace, adding an appropriate quantity. Heat for one hour to reach approximately 390 degrees, then maintain the temperature for another hour. After the product has formed, start to cool down. Approximately four hours later, reach room temperature, and then remove the finished product from the furnace, completing the shaping process.
