Metal gaskets are widely used sealing pads, featuring elasticity in semi-metallic gaskets. They are made by interlacing V or W-shaped thin steel strips with various fillers. They can withstand high temperatures and pressures, as well as extreme low temperatures or vacuum conditions. By altering the material combination of the pad, various chemical corrosion issues caused by different media can be addressed. The structural density can be tailored to meet different clamping force requirements. To reinforce the main body and ensure precise positioning, metal inner reinforcing rings and outer locating rings are incorporated into the缠绕 pad, utilizing the inner and outer steel rings to control its high clamping force. The surface accuracy of the flange sealing surface in contact with the pad is not strictly required.
