Composite material gates, made from specially formulated composite materials, were developed with a focus on quality ratio, corrosion resistance, strength, and cost factors from the outset. The gates produced are superior in corrosion resistance, lower in quality ratio, and require only a small opening pressure of 0.0003 MPa, significantly outperforming traditional gates. Compared to stainless steel gates, their low cost is a decisive advantage. Composite material gates are the ideal replacement for traditional gates. The base features a double flange structure, with the lower flange serving for gate connection and fixation, and the upper flange for sealing, water stoppage, and drainage. The gate fixation standards are compatible with the gates available on the market, allowing for installation and use in various working environments.
