Furthermore, with the insulation material being rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60kg/m3 to 80kg/m3, it effectively fills the gap between the steel pipe and the sleeve, and possesses a certain degree of bonding strength, creating a robust whole of the steel pipe, outer sleeve, and insulation layer. Polyurethane foam exhibits excellent mechanical and thermal insulation properties, and under normal circumstances, it can withstand temperatures up to 120°C.
