Flexible Organic Sealant

Our flexible organic堵料 is a new product developed in accordance with the BG23864-2009 standard, featuring high fire-resistant duration and low smoke generation. It also boasts excellent plasticity, resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, ease of installation and maintenance, and can be used in combination with other sealing materials (such as fire-resistant bags).

Organic firestop materials are suitable for sealing holes in walls during the installation of through-penetrations such as wires and cables in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, and telecommunications, to prevent the spread of fire from the holes to adjacent rooms in the event of a fire.

　　Construction Method:

1. Remove the organic firestop material and knead it into a ball. If the temperature is too low, heat the material along with the packaging in water at 40-70 degrees Celsius before proceeding.

2. Holes to be sealed must be cleaned thoroughly prior to sealing.

3. Evenly spread, embed, and fill the packing material into the holes and gaps. For larger holes, pre-fit a fire-resistant mesh as a framework to enhance strength.

　　Packaging & Transportation:

1. Organic firestop material is packed in thick plastic bags with additional packaging boxes, suitable for storage in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, with temperatures between 0-45°C.

2. This material is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, a pliable solid substance. It should be transported while avoiding direct sunlight and rain.
