Screw conveyors have specific requirements for the materials they transport, including powdery, granular, and small chunky materials such as cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, slag, sand, etc. The material temperature must not exceed 200°C. Spiral conveyors are not suitable for materials that are prone to spoilage, highly adhesive, or tend to clog. This is because these materials can stick to a spiral, rotate without moving forward, or cause blockages at the suspension bearing, preventing the spiral conveyor from operating normally. The working environment for the spiral conveyor should be between -20°C and 50°C, allowing for a slight inclination, with the angle not exceeding 20%.
