Star discharge valves typically consist of a rotor impeller with several blades, a housing, seals, and a reducer and motor. As the material in the upper storage bin falls due to gravity, it fills the gaps between the blades and is discharged at the bottom as the blades rotate. Therefore, the star discharge valve can discharge material in a quantitative and continuous manner.
The YJD star-type discharger is commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems. For pressure or vacuum conveying systems, the YJD star-type discharger can uniformly and continuously supply material to the conveying pipe, ensuring a stable ratio of gas to solids within the conveying pipe, thus enabling normal operation of the pneumatic conveying process. Additionally, it can isolate the upper and lower pressure of the discharger, acting as a locking mechanism to prevent gas leakage. Therefore, the YJD star-type discharger is an essential component in pneumatic conveying systems. The YJD star-type discharger can also be used in material collection systems as a bin discharger.
