Safety edge
Product Introduction: The contact strip consists of two elements made of conductive silicone, spaced at a specific distance. The ends of the contact strip can be connected to different end pieces, depending on the application. Once inserted into the rubber sleeve and connected to the switch, all components form a complete system. The safety edge can be easily and quickly assembled by the user. With various lengths available for selection, assembly is highly flexible.
Application Usage: The safety edges are used solely for protecting hazardous closing edges on automatic doors, automatic gates, roller shutters, car doors, industrial machinery, and more. The user must select the appropriate rubber sleeves based on the force and speed of the moving parts. All safety components produced by our company are developed in accordance with European safety standards and have obtained relevant approval certificates.
Product Function: Applying vertical pressure to the safety edge causes the conductive elements within the contact strip to touch each other, which alters resistance and current, to be further analyzed by the control mechanism. If installed correctly, the safety edge is not leaky. The product will function normally even if the safety edge is damaged, as long as the contact strip remains undamaged.
Clarification: Due to the high uncertainty in the rubber market, the types and specifications of customer demands vary. Products are based on agreements or contracts at both ends. Please be aware of the logistics shipping costs.
Due to varying distances in the customer's journey, different product weights, and differing choices of logistics or express delivery, the shipping costs will be negotiated and determined at both ends.
Quality is more important than life, reasonable, and friendship is more precious than gold.
Manufactured from various silicone rubber and silicone sponge sealing strip products, featuring a transparent and smooth surface, soft and elastic, odorless. They possess excellent elasticity (Shore A 35-75), resistance to high and low temperatures (-70℃ to 250℃), and are not prone to aging, as well as resistance to mild acids and alkalis. Additionally, they excel in ozone resistance, solubility resistance, and electrical insulation. These products are ideal for sealing applications in the chemical, food, electronics, and mechanical industries. The tubes and strips produced have good (200-250℃) heat resistance and low-temperature performance, excellent physiological stability, and a pressure resistance of (20-25KV/mm), as well as ozone and UV resistance.
