1. Corrosion Resistance - FRP pipes can withstand corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, untreated wastewater, corrosive soil or groundwater, and numerous chemical fluids.
2. Excellent heat and cold resistance – The temperature range for FRP pipes is generally between -40℃ and 120℃.
3. Lightweight and High-Strength, Easy to Transport and Install - The specific gravity of FRP pipes is between 1.7-1.9. Compared to other materials with the same pressure and pipe diameter, FRP pipes weigh approximately 30% of steel pipes per unit length. This makes transportation and installation extremely convenient. FRP pipes can be up to 12 meters in length, with quick and easy installation. Additionally, it eliminates the need for welding and anti-corrosion treatments required for steel pipe installation.

Low Friction Resistance, High Transmission Capacity - The inner surface of the FRP pipe is extremely smooth with a small roughness coefficient, enabling the hydraulic coefficient C to be maintained within the range of 145-150 over a long period. The tested frictional loss coefficient f of the water flow is 0.000915, significantly reducing fluid pressure loss along the pipeline and enhancing transmission capacity by over 20%.

Excellent electrical and thermal insulation properties; FRP is a non-conductor, making the pipes highly insulated, suitable for use in areas with dense power and telecommunication lines and frequent lightning strikes. The thermal conductivity of FRP pipes is very low (0.25 kcal/m·h·℃), thus ensuring good insulation and minimal heat loss.
