Reinforced truss floor deck is primarily a truss constructed with steel as the upper and lower chords and webbing, joined together through resistance spot welding. This truss is referred to as a reinforced truss. A composite load-bearing deck, where the reinforced truss is connected to the bottom plate via resistance spot welding to form an integral assembly, is called a reinforced truss floor deck.
Reinforced truss deck plates are a composite template where the reinforcing steel in the floor is processed into a steel truss at the factory, and then焊接 together with the galvanized corrugated steel bottom mold into a single unit. The TDM type reinforced truss deck plate differs from traditional corrugated steel deck plates, offering numerous advantages such as "economy, convenience, and reliability," and is a value-enhancing deck plate product for customers.
The product, having evolved, is now widely used in the floor or roof structures of prefabricated steel frame and concrete buildings.
Floor Thickness: 100~300mm
Application of steel truss floor deck:
1. Suitable for multi-story projects with quality requirements.
2. Suitable for environments with strict indoor cleanliness requirements (such as hospitals, food processing, electronic or mechanical manufacturing, server rooms, etc.).
3. Suitable for industrial projects without suspended ceilings.
