Reinforced truss floor decks primarily consist of steel rebars as the top and bottom chords, and the web members, all connected by resistance spot welding. Such a truss formed from steel rebars is referred to as a steel truss. A composite load-bearing panel formed by connecting the steel truss with the bottom plate through resistance spot welding is known as a reinforced truss floor deck.
Reinforced steel truss deck is a composite formwork that involves fabricating the reinforcing steel into a truss in the factory and then welding it to the galvanized corrugated steel bottom mold as a single unit. The TDM type reinforced steel truss deck differs from traditional corrugated steel deck, offering numerous advantages such as "economy, convenience, and reliability," making it a value-adding product for customers.
This product, having evolved, is now widely used in the roof or floor structures of prefabricated steel and concrete buildings.
Floor Thickness: 100~300mm
Application of steel truss floor deck:
1. Suitable for multi-story projects with quality requirements.
2. Suitable for applications requiring indoor cleanliness (such as hospitals, food processing, electronics or mechanical manufacturing, server rooms, etc.).
3. Suitable for industrial projects without suspended ceilings.
