         Pre-poured grouting pipes are used for permanent sealing at construction joints, cold joints, pipe渗leaks, and gaps between retaining walls in concrete. Installing grouting pipes between new and old concrete joints is highly suitable. They can be injected with various materials such as cement slurry, polymer slurry, and polyurethane chemical slurry. For underground tunnel grouting, the normal practice is to use a common cement-silica gel double slurry as the grouting material, along with the selection of additives as required by the process.

Cement: Required is silicate cement with a minimum strength grade of 42.5. Water Glass Slurry: Select water glass with a concentration of 35~40Be, mixed according to specific strength and gel time requirements to form grouting material. This slurry is non-toxic, non-polluting, has strong penetration, controllable gel time, high solid strength, slight expansion, moderate price, and simple construction methods. Grouting Material Ratio: The water-cement ratio for cement slurry is 0.8:1~0.5:1; water glass slurry concentration is 35~40Be; the volume ratio of cement slurry to water glass should be 1:1~1:0.3. During the grouting process, the grouting speed must be controlled to ensure the quality, with a recommended speed of 30~50L/mi.
