Product Structure: Insulating hoses are composed of an EPDM synthetic inner rubber layer, a reinforced layer woven or spiraled with polyester fiber, and an ozone-resistant EPDM synthetic outer rubber layer.
Product Advantages: Insulated rubber tubes feature a carbon-free design with high insulating properties, achieving a resistivity of up to 2X1013 ohmm. They can withstand voltages of 6000V without breakdown.
Product Application: Insulating rubber hoses are primarily used for transporting hot water, air, and other media in high insulation environments such as single (polycrystalline) silicon furnaces, battery banks, metallurgical industry induction furnaces, and industrial ovens. Ruming's insulating rubber hoses do not experience breakdown under high induction eddy currents, ensuring safe medium transportation and are the ideal imported rubber hose products.
