A smoke exhaust fan is a mechanical device that quickly removes odors, high temperatures, and smoke gases generated during the processing of food in kitchens. It features good high-temperature resistance and high efficiency. The types of fans include centrifugal fans and axial fans, and the appropriate size of the machine is selected based on the space and the arrangement of the exhaust hood. The HTF series fire-resistant high-temperature exhaust fans are products of the "Xinghuo" project, offering excellent performance, good high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, less space occupation than centrifugal fans, and easy installation. The HTF fire fans have excellent high-temperature resistance: the fan tests meet the requirements of the GBJ45-82 fire safety standard, with an enterprise internal control system established above this standard, capable of continuous operation for over 60 minutes at 300°C and for 20 hours at a time at 100°C without damage. They are widely used in high-end residential buildings, ovens, underground garages, tunnels, and other locations. The performance listed in the performance table of the HTF fire fans represents high-efficiency range performance, divided into five performance points by air volume. Selection should be based on the performance table. Qualified fire fans upon shipment have an allowable pressure drop error of ±5% at the rated air volume, and the performance selection table is for standard conditions, regardless of technical documents or order requirements.
