The flexible welding platform has excellent load-bearing capacity and rigidity stability. Its five surfaces are all machined with regular holes and marked with wire lines. The flexible welding platform can be conveniently extended and expanded, and combined. The extended standard surface can be modularly positioned and clamped to be directly connected together. The installation, adjustment, and positioning process of the workpiece showcases the universal functions of the flexible 3D combined welding fixture system, especially in the application of large workpieces.

Five work surfaces of the workbench are 100100 mm (D28 series) or 5050mm (D16 series) holes with grid markings. The flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, and positional accuracy of the five faces, as well as the hole-to-hole positioning, are all excellent. The accuracy required for positioning on the surface and the combination with other modules is sufficient. The base surface dimensions start from 10001000mm to 4000mm2000mm is available for selection, and sizes can be customized.
